� �Industry: Real Estate Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients in buying/selling properties, and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

 Identify and generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, and market research

 Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties

 Conduct property site visits and presentations for clients

 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

 Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options

 Negotiate deals and close sales transactions

 Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and legal regulations

 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

 Proven experience in sales (real estate experience is a plus)

 Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

 Self-motivated with a target-driven approach

 Good knowledge of the local real estate market

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
