Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Telecaller – Motor Insurance. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, understanding their motor insurance requirements, explaining suitable insurance plans, and converting leads into successful policy sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers regarding motor insurance.

• Explain car/bike insurance policies, coverage, benefits, premiums, and renewal options.

• Generate leads and convert them into sales.

• Follow up with customers through calls and WhatsApp as required.

• Assist customers with policy renewals and new policy purchases.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely information.

• Coordinate with the operations/insurance team for policy issuance and documentation.

Requirements

• Graduate.

• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, insurance, or customer service preferred.

• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

• Good Hindi communication skills; basic English preferred.

• Confident and persuasive communication style.

• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

• Target-oriented and motivated to earn incentives.

• Basic computer knowledge.
