Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate Telecallers who can connect with people over calls, explain our NGO’s mission, and encourage support through donations or participation. The candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential donors and supporters

• Explain NGO campaigns and social initiatives clearly

• Build and maintain strong relationships with donors

• Encourage donations and participation in NGO activities

• Maintain proper call records and update data regularly

• Handle queries and provide accurate information

• Achieve daily/weekly calling targets

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

• Confident and convincing personality

• Basic computer knowledge

• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated

• Positive and empathetic attitude

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

• Experience: Freshers can apply

• Age Limit: Up to 30 years

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹16000 (for freshers) + Incentives
