Tele Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers on behalf of TVS.

Inform customers about TVS two-wheelers, current offers, finance schemes, EMI options, and exchange benefits.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable TVS products.

Generate and qualify sales leads and encourage customers to visit the nearest TVS dealership.

Schedule test rides or dealership appointments for interested customers.

Follow up with customers to improve lead conversion and achieve sales targets.

Update customer details, call outcomes, and lead status accurately in the CRM system.

Coordinate with dealership teams for lead allocation and closure.

Resolve basic customer queries and provide a positive customer experience.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs related to calls, lead generation, and conversions.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate (as per process requirement).

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English communication is preferred.

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
