Job Title: Telecaller – Personal Loan & Overdraft Sales

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Telecaller to promote Personal Loan and Overdraft products. The ideal candidate will contact potential customers, understand their financial requirements, explain product features, generate qualified leads, and assist customers throughout the application process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.

• Explain Personal Loan and Overdraft products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment options.

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial products.

• Generate and qualify leads for loan applications.

• Follow up with interested customers to complete the application process.

• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for document collection and loan processing.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and calling targets.

• Handle customer queries professionally and provide excellent service.

• Stay updated on product offerings, banking policies, and market trends.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

• Basic knowledge of Personal Loans and Overdraft products (preferred).

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.

• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

Qualifications:

• Minimum: 12th Pass or Graduate (preferred).

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

• Experience in telesales, banking, financial services, or loan sales is an advantage.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 0 - 6+ years Experience.
