We’re Hiring: Tele Counselor
📍 Location: Gurgaon

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Tele Counselors to join our growing team at Frankfinn!

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Handle outbound and inbound calls to prospective students
Provide course information and career guidance
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into admissions
Maintain records of calls and student interactions

🔹 Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to convince and counsel students
Prior experience in telecalling/counseling is a plus
