Job Title: Team Leader – Telesales

Job Summary:
A results-driven Team Leader responsible for managing, guiding, and motivating a team of telesales executives to achieve sales targets, improve customer engagement, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and support a team of telesales executives to meet and exceed sales targets

• Monitor daily calling activities, performance metrics, and conversion rates

• Provide training, coaching, and continuous feedback to improve team performance

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and scripts

• Handle escalated customer queries and ensure prompt resolution

• Maintain team discipline, productivity, and motivation

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports

• Collaborate with management to set targets and improve processes

• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Proven experience in telesales or customer service (preferably in a leadership role)

• Target-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to motivate and drive team performance

• Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office

Experience:

• Minimum 6 months- 3 years of experience in telesales/customer service

• Prior experience as a Team Leader preferred
