📍 Location: Gurgaon

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Tele Counselors to join our growing team at Frankfinn!

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound and inbound calls to prospective students

  • Provide course information and career guidance

  • Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into admissions

  • Maintain records of calls and student interactions

🔹 Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic computer knowledge

  • Ability to convince and counsel students

  • Prior experience in telecalling/counseling is a plus
