*About the Role:*

We are a Noida-based NGO looking for a passionate Female Telecaller to join our fundraising & donor outreach team. Your main role will be connecting with donors, explaining our social causes, and raising support through calls.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Make 60-80 outbound calls daily to existing & potential donors

2. Explain NGO projects: Child Education, Women Empowerment, Health Camps etc.

3. Build rapport & convince people for monthly/yearly donations

4. Maintain donor database in Excel/CRM with 100% accuracy

5. Follow-up with interested donors for payment & send receipts

6. Handle donor queries politely & share impact reports

7. Achieve monthly fundraising targets set by NGO

*Requirements:*

1. *Gender*: Female candidates only

2. *Education*: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

3. *Language*: Good Hindi + Basic English for donor communication

4. *Skills*: Clear voice, confident phone etiquette, empathetic nature

5. *Experience*: Telecalling/BPO experience preferred but freshers welcome

6. *Location*: Must be from Noida/Ghaziabad/Delhi. Should reach Sector 4 daily

7. *Computer*: Basic Excel & Email knowledge required

*Salary & Benefits:*

1. *Fixed Salary*: ₹15,000 per month

2. *Incentive*: For Full Attendance Extra ₹500 per month based on donation targets

3. *Timings*: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

4. *Sunday Fixed Off* + All National Holidays Off
