Job Title: BPO Telesales Executive
A BPO Telesales Executive is responsible for contacting potential or existing customers over the phone to promote products or services, generate sales, and maintain good customer relationships. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasion, and the ability to increase sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain products and services clearly and professionally.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Handle customer queries and objections effectively.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
Follow up with customers to close sales and build relationships.
Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication in English (additional languages are a plus).
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
