Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Real Estate Sales Telecaller to connect with potential property buyers and investors. The candidate will be responsible for calling leads, explaining property details, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in generating bookings and closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Call potential customers from provided leads and databases

• Explain property details, pricing, location benefits, and offers

• Generate genuine sales leads and maintain follow-ups

• Schedule property site visits and meetings

• Handle customer queries regarding projects and investments

• Maintain daily call reports and lead status updates

• Coordinate with the sales team for client conversions

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Basic knowledge of real estate sales preferred

• Ability to handle customer objections confidently

• Comfortable with calling and follow-ups

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
