Job Description:

We are hiring dynamic and confident Telecallers for our USA process. The role involves handling customer calls and providing support—no sales involved.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound calls with US-based customers

Provide customer support and resolve queries

Maintain call records and update CRM

Ensure high-quality customer interaction

Meet daily performance and service targets

Requirements:

Good English communication skills (Mandatory)

Basic computer knowledge

Ability to work in rotational shifts

Prior experience in international BPO is a plus

Immediate joiners preferred
