Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive Sales Manager to generate leads and onboard clients. The role involves outreach, telecalling, and on-site client interactions for our printing and signage solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage office operations such as basic accounting, dispatch, etc.
2. Drive lead generation through telecalling, referrals & word-of-mouth.
3. Visit client sites to understand needs and assist during installations.

Key Requirements:
1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently handle telecalling, client meetings, and relationship building.
2. Basic operational and organisational skills, including handling simple office tasks such as coordination, dispatch, and basic accounting.
