Job description
1.Act as the primary point of contact for assigned anchor corporate for all customer support related queries.
2.Manage day-to-day coordination with anchor partners, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
3.Support anchor onboarding, documentation, system setup, and process alignment.
4.Handle queries related to transactions, limits, disbursements, repayments, and platform usage.
5.Ensure timely resolution of issues by coordinating with Credit, Operations, Tech, and Sales teams.
6.Maintain high service levels and turnaround times (TATs) as per defined SLAs.
7.Track and share regular MIS, reports, and status updates with anchors and internal stakeholders.
8.Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.
9.Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and anchor-specific agreements.
10. Build strong, long-term relationships with anchor partners through effective communication and service delivery.
