Key Responsibilities:
• Drive new business development for BPO services across domestic/international markets
• Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation and qualification to closure
• Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts
• Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations and proposals
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to tailor offerings to client needs
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
• Ensure accurate sales forecasting and reporting using CRM tools
• Build, train, and manage a high-performance sales team
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients for upselling and renewals

Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B/BPO sales, preferably in ITES or outsourcing services
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong knowledge of outsourcing sales models (voice, non-voice, tech support, back office, etc.)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho)
• Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
