We are expanding our sales team and looking for experienced, target-driven sales professionals for the following verticals.

1. Equipment Sales

Openings: 5
Experience: 1 – 4 years
Location: As per assigned territory
Reporting To: Equipment Sales Head / Business Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and close sales of commercial and home gym equipment.

• Build relationships with gym owners, fitness studios, institutions, and corporate clients.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms.

• Conduct product demonstrations and customer/site visits.

• Coordinate with logistics, installation, and service teams for timely delivery.

• Maintain the sales pipeline and track revenue targets.

• Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market trends.

Requirements:

• Mandatory experience in the fitness equipment industry.

• Strong knowledge of commercial and home gym equipment.

• Established network among gym owners and fitness businesses.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

• B2B project sales experience and willingness to travel are preferred.
  

2. Metabolic Sales

Openings: 20
Experience: 1 - 3 years of relevant sales experience
Location: As per assigned centre / region
Reporting To: Sales Manager / Vertical Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage prospective customers and explain metabolic health and wellness programmes.

• Present programme benefits, pricing, and offerings through consultative selling.

• Achieve monthly enrolment and revenue targets.

• Manage leads, follow-ups, objections, and the complete sales funnel.

• Coordinate with clinical and coaching teams for customer onboarding.

• Maintain CRM records and daily sales reports.

• Build customer trust and address concerns regarding pricing, programme benefits, and expected outcomes responsibly.

Requirements:

• Experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, healthcare, wellness, or health insurance sales.

• 1 - 3 years of relevant sales experience.

• Strong communication, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills.

• Experience in target-driven sales and handling high-value programmes.

• Experience in health plans, diagnostics, or chronic care programmes is preferred.

• Knowledge of lifestyle conditions such as diabetes and obesity is an advantage.
  

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Equipment Sales: Sales revenue against target, new client acquisition, and quotation-to-order conversion.

Metabolic Sales: Customer enrolments, revenue against target, lead-to-enrolment conversion, and customer onboarding experience.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 year to 3 years. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 Days Working during the Day shift.
