Role : Sales executive
Job Responsibilities
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
Handle end-to-end sales process including inquiry handling, product explanation, pricing, negotiation, and closure.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
Support sales operations by maintaining accurate records in CRM/sales trackers.
Work Schedule:
Shift: 9-hour rotational shifts between 8:00 AM – 9:30 PM
Weekly Off: One rotational day off
