We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Coordinator / Executive – Tele Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, coordinating with clients, maintaining sales records, and supporting the sales team to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
Explain company services and convert inquiries into sales.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Maintain accurate customer data and sales reports in CRM/Excel.
Follow up with existing clients for renewals and referrals.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Sales Coordination, Customer Support, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email.
Positive attitude with a target-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
