Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic and experienced Team Leaders (Sales) from a real estate background who can effectively lead sales teams, drive performance, and deliver consistent results in the fast-paced NCR property market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate sales executives.

• Drive sales targets and ensure revenue growth.

• Handle client interactions, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.

• Train, mentor, and guide team members to improve individual and team performance.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers.

• Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of assigned targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales (NCR market preferred).

• Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial real estate.

• Proven leadership and team-handling experience.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Prior experience with a channel partner firm will be an added advantage.
