We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our team. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
Handle inbound and outbound calls to address client queries and concerns
Provide accurate information about services and offerings
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is a graduate and 6 months to 2 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
