We are looking for a Real Estate Telesales Executive to join our team at Propshop. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
A real estate sales manager typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:
 Meeting regularly with clients to discuss their needs and concerns in order to identify new opportunities for sales growth
 Establishing and maintaining relationships with brokers and agents in order to develop new business opportunities
 Negotiating contracts with sellers to ensure that all parties are satisfied with the terms of the agreement
 Identifying opportunities in the market to increase sales volume or profit margins through new marketing strategies or product offerings
 Coordinating with other members of the team to prepare for events such as open houses or new home launches
 Presenting offers to sellers on behalf of clients in order to facilitate negotiation of price and terms of sale
 Reviewing market conditions and identifying trends that could i impact prices or interest in a particular neighborhood or area
 Meeting regularly with clients to discuss their needs and concerns in order to identify new opportunities for sales growth
 Managing a team of real estate agents to ensure that they are meeting their goals and providing quality service to clients

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 5 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
