Job Description: Propshop is hiring energetic and target-driven Sales Executives with a passion for real estate and field sales. This role is ideal for professionals with strong selling skills and experience in any sales industry, who are looking to build a successful career in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

 Generate and follow up on leads for residential real estate projects in Delhi NCR.

 Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate property solutions.

 Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective buyers.

 Convert leads into successful closures to meet and exceed monthly targets.

 Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

 Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities.

Candidate Requirements:

 1 to 6 years of experience in sales (real estate, insurance, banking, automobiles, etc.).

 Strong communication and persuasion skills.

 Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.

 Own conveyance is mandatory for site visits.

 Familiarity with Delhi NCR geography is an advantage.
