Make daily outbound calls to potential clients using leads generated by the company.
Explain project details clearly, including plot location, pricing, amenities, legal approvals, and payment plans.
Identify the customer’s requirements and provide suitable plot options accordingly.
Build rapport and trust with prospects to nurture their interest toward site visits and closures.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients and follow up until the deal is finalized.
Maintain accurate call records, lead status, and customer feedback in the CRM.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead conversion and sales targets.
Collaborate with the field sales and documentation team for smooth handover post-conversion.
