Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from company-provided data.

• Generate and qualify leads for residential and commercial properties.

• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and ongoing offers to customers.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.

• Schedule appointments and site visits for interested clients.

• Follow up regularly with leads to maintain engagement and increase conversions.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and customer feedback in CRM/Excel.

• Coordinate with the sales team regarding client requirements and site visits.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

• Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely resolutions.

Eligibility

• Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

• Experience in Real Estate Telecalling will be an added advantage.

• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills preferred.
