Position: Team Leader Department: Sales
Reporting To: Branch Manager / Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
Handle and manage a team of executives/advisors.
Drive monthly sales and business targets.
Motivate and guide team members for better productivity and performance.
Ensure proper customer handling and professional communication.
Monitor daily login, sanction, and disbursement numbers of the team.
Support team in documentation, query resolution, and case closure.
Maintain coordination with banks/NBFCs and internal departments.
Ensure team follows company policies and process discipline.
Conduct regular training and performance reviews for team members.
Generate new business opportunities through market references and lead management.
Maintain positive office environment and team coordination.
Required Skills
Strong leadership and team handling skills.
Good communication and convincing ability.
Knowledge of loan products and banking processes.
Ability to achieve sales targets under pressure.
Good understanding of customer relationship management.
Basic computer and reporting knowledge.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1–3 years experience in sales/team handling.
Experience in secured or unsecured loan segment preferred.
Graduation preferred.
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
