Job Description – Operation Executive – Legal
Location: KanjurMarg , Mumbai.

The Role

1. The primary responsibility of the Operation Executive – Legal title is to connect with potential business clients over phone calls, introduce our legal services, and schedule appointments for our Legal Advisors to take the discussion forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to business prospects through outbound calls, presenting BDS Legal Services’.

• Identify and connect with decision-makers and effectively communicate how BDS Legal Services addresses their specific business requirements.

• Generate interest and schedule appointment with Legal Advisor.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, and appointments scheduled in the CRM or Excel.

• Ensure high-quality data collection, verification, and communication throughout.

• Follow call scripts and adapt naturally based on the flow of conversation.

• Coordinate regularly with the senior team members to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads’.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Confidence in making outbound calls and engaging clients.

Basic understanding of legal documentation is a plus (not mandatory).

• Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools for record-keeping.

• Ability to follow process and maintain quality standards.

• Attention to detail and willingness to learn legal service offerings.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
