Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Retail Associates for our Inside Sales/Telesales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with customers who are interested in selling their cars, understanding their requirements, following up with leads, and converting potential sellers into successful car purchase transactions for CARS24.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers interested in selling their cars.

• Connect with car owners and understand their vehicle details and selling requirements.

• Generate and follow up on leads through calls.

• Educate customers about the CARS24 car-selling process.

• Convince and encourage customers to book an appointment for vehicle inspection/evaluation.

• Regularly follow up with interested customers to ensure conversion.

• Coordinate with the retail hub and inspection team for customer appointments.

• Maintain customer details and interaction records in the CRM system.

• Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales/conversion targets.

• Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the car-selling journey.
  

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Comfortable with calling and Inside Sales/Telesales.

• Ability to handle customer objections and negotiate effectively.

• Target-oriented mindset.

• Experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, BPO Sales, Lead Generation, or Customer Sales is preferred.

• Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills can also apply.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
