Position: Sales Caller / Tele-Sales Executive

Location: Work From Home

Employment Type: Full-Time

Industry: Extended Warranty / Consumer Electronics.

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Caller based in Delhi/NCR to join our growing tele-sales team.

## Key Responsibilities

Make approximately 150170 outbound calls every day• to prospective and existing customers.

Contact customers and explain Extended Warranty Plans• for electronics and appliances.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable warranty plans based on their product and eligibility.

• Generate sales through effective communication, product explanation and objection handling.

• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into successful sales.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers who have shown interest but have not yet purchased.

• Explain plan benefits, coverage, tenure, pricing, eligibility and important terms clearly to customers.

Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets•.

• Maintain accurate call records, lead status and follow-up information in the company's CRM/system.

• Handle customer objections professionally and use appropriate sales techniques to close the sale.

• Coordinate with the sales/support team wherever required to complete the customer's purchase.

• Maintain high calling productivity and ensure proper utilisation of assigned leads.

• Consistently work towards improving conversion rates and achieving incentive slabs.

## Candidate Requirements

### Mandatory Experience

Candidates should have prior experience in Sales, Tele-Sales, Direct Sales, Collections or a similar target-based calling role.

Experience in any of the following will be an advantage:

• Consumer electronics sales

• Insurance sales

• Warranty/AMC sales

• Banking/financial product sales

• Loan/credit card sales

• Tele-sales

• Collections

• E-commerce sales

• Telecom sales

• Any other target-driven calling profile

### Skills Required

Excellent Hindi communication skills• are mandatory.

• Good English communication will be an added advantage.

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Ability to handle customer objections and close sales.

Comfortable making 150-170 calls per day•.

• Highly target-oriented and motivated by incentives.

• Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.

• Basic computer and internet knowledge.

Ability to work independently in a Work From Home• environment.

• Self-disciplined with good time-management skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to achieve aggressive sales targets.
