Mandit Solutions is a growing B2B-focused company delivering innovative solutions to enterprise clients. We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Lead Generation Executive with strong B2B telemarketing experience.
Generate qualified B2B leads through telemarketing and outbound calls
Identify decision-makers and key stakeholders
Apply BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) framework to qualify leads
Pitch company solutions and schedule appointments for sales team
Promote whitepapers, case studies, and marketing campaigns to prospects
Maintain accurate data in CRM
Meet daily/weekly call and lead generation targets
Follow up with prospects via calls and emails
1–4 years experience in B2B telemarketing or lead generation
Strong understanding of BANT qualification methodology
Experience in promoting whitepapers, webinars, or marketing content
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Experience handling international or domestic B2B clients (preferred)
Basic knowledge of CRM tools
Target-oriented and self-motivated
