Mandit Solutions is a growing B2B-focused company delivering innovative solutions to enterprise clients. We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Lead Generation Executive with strong B2B telemarketing experience.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified B2B leads through telemarketing and outbound calls

• Identify decision-makers and key stakeholders

• Apply BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) framework to qualify leads

• Pitch company solutions and schedule appointments for sales team

• Promote whitepapers, case studies, and marketing campaigns to prospects

• Maintain accurate data in CRM

• Meet daily/weekly call and lead generation targets

• Follow up with prospects via calls and emails

🔹 Required Skills & Experience

• 1–4 years experience in B2B telemarketing or lead generation

• Strong understanding of BANT qualification methodology

• Experience in promoting whitepapers, webinars, or marketing content

• Excellent communication and convincing skills

• Experience handling international or domestic B2B clients (preferred)

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 6 years of experience.
