Housy is building a fast, reliable home services brand in India, delivering high-quality cleaning and household services with strong operational systems.

We are hiring a Cluster Manager to oversee and manage operations across multiple hubs. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth daily execution, maintaining service quality, and driving overall performance within the assigned cluster.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage operations across multiple hubs within the assigned cluster

• Ensure high service completion rates and operational efficiency

• Monitor and improve service quality and customer satisfaction

• Manage partner availability, utilization, and performance

• Lead and support Hub Managers and on-ground teams

• Identify operational issues and resolve them in a timely manner

• Track key performance metrics and ensure targets are met

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in people & operations, field management, or multi-location roles.

• Experience in managing teams and performance metrics

• Strong problem-solving and execution skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-ground environment

• Willingness to travel within the assigned cluster

Compensation

₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (plus performance-based incentives)

Job Details

• Location: Pune (On-site)

• Employment Type: Full-time

• Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (operational flexibility required)
