Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Insurance Telesales Location: Koramangala 4th Block, Bangalore
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to sell insurance products.
Clearly explain insurance features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
Overcome customer objections with confidence and product knowledge.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.
Ensure quality and compliance standards are met in every call.
Minimum Education: HSC or equivalent.
Experience: At least 6 months of experience in BPO telesales or any outbound sales process.
Languages Required:
Malayalam
Communication: Must be clear, confident, and customer-focused.
Shift Window: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (9-hour shift)
