Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for connecting with leads, understanding customer needs, and closing sales over the phone, email, or online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media

• Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable products/services

• Maintain CRM records and follow up regularly

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

• Coordinate with the marketing and field sales team for lead conversion

• Provide after-sales support and build client relationships

Key Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong persuasion and negotiation ability

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated

• Familiar with CRM tools and Microsoft Office

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• 1–2 years of inside sales or telemarketing experience preferred
