Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Explain Apple device repair services, products, accessories, and IT solutions to customers.
Follow up with leads and prospective customers to generate sales.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
Convert enquiries into sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
Maintain customer details, sales records, and follow-up updates in Excel or CRM software.
Build positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the technical and front desk teams to provide accurate service information.
Requirements
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic sales, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Interest in sales, customer service, and technology.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
