Job Title: Sales Executive – Inside Sales
Location: Bangalore

Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join ORU. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining ORU’s doorstep car wash subscription plans, generating leads, following up with customers, and converting leads into paid subscriptions.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain ORU's monthly car wash subscription plans.
Generate and follow up on leads.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable plans.
Handle customer objections and close sales.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.Coordinate with the operations team for customer onboarding.
Requirements:0–2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, BDE, inside sales or customer service.
Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills can apply.
Good spoken English is required.Kannada/Hindi/Tamil will be an advantage.
Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working with sales targets.
Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
