We are looking for a Hindi Telecaller to join our team at Shreshrey Card Services Private Limited. This role is responsible for communicating with customers over the phone in Hindi to provide information, answer queries, generate leads, or support sales and customer service activities. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹13,000 - ₹19,000.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls or handle inbound customer calls
Explain products or services to customers in Hindi
Answer customer questions and resolve basic issues
Generate leads and follow up with potential customers
Maintain customer records and call details
Achieve daily or monthly calling targets
Handle complaints politely and professionally
Coordinate with sales or support teams when needed

Job Requirements:

Good communication skills in Hindi
