🎯 Job Summary:

Kalambika Intech Solutions LLP is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to promote and sell financial products such as Personal Loans (PL) and Overdraft (OD). The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with customers over calls, and converting inquiries into successful sales.

🔑 Key Responsibilities (KRA – Key Result Areas)

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain loan products

• Handle inbound customer queries regarding PL & OD

• Identify customer needs and suggest suitable financial solutions

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects

• Coordinate with backend team for loan processing and disbursement

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM

📊 Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

• Daily call volume

• Lead conversion ratio

• Monthly sales/disbursement targets

• Follow-up and closure efficiency

• Customer satisfaction level

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate

• Experience: Fresher to 1 Year (Telesales / BFSI preferred)

🧠 Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Basic knowledge of loan products (PL & OD preferred)

• Sales-oriented mindset

• Ability to handle rejection and pressure

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
