We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at Saakar Exim Private Limited. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹25,000 - ₹30,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize physical and digital records for easy access and retrieval.

• Communicate with relevant teams to clarify data inconsistencies and improve processes.

• Verify data accuracy, correct errors and identify irregularities promptly.

• Ensure data accuracy and accessibility to facilitate smooth operations.

• Generate reports and summaries to aid internal decision-making processes.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

• ● Record every lead received from the company website and other online channels accurately, including the customer’s contact details, enquiry, product interest, source, status and next follow-up date.

  ● Call or WhatsApp assigned leads promptly and speak professionally to understand exactly what the customer needs, including the purpose, preference, budget, quantity and required delivery timeline.

  ● Recommend suitable Kriti Life products honestly, explain their features, benefits, price and availability clearly, and share relevant photographs, videos or product links wherever required.

  ● Take direct responsibility for the company’s sales and revenue generation from assigned online leads by converting qualified enquiries into confirmed orders and working consistently towards the assigned sales and revenue expectations.

  ● Responsible for company’s sales and revenue growth by handling objections, confirming the product, quantity, payment and delivery or store-pickup details, and coordinating accurately with the store, online and warehouse teams for fulfilment.

  ● Build long-term customer relationships, generate repeat sales through suitable cross-selling and follow-ups, resolve enquiries or complaints promptly, and maintain complete daily lead, follow-up, sales and revenue records.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 2 - 5 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
