Job Description

AP Finserv Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Relationship Executives. The role involves interacting with customers, understanding their financial requirements, and assisting them with Loan and Credit Card products.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing customers via phone calls.

• Explain Loan and Credit Card products and their benefits.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Follow up with leads and guide customers through the application process.

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and updates.

• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.

Eligibility

• 12th Pass / Graduate

• Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Prior experience in Customer Service, Telecalling, or Sales will be an added advantage
