Education Sales Executive – Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students regarding MBA and university programs.

• Reach out to prospective students through calls, follow-ups, and database management.

• Guide prospective students through the enrollment process using effective counselling.

• Address course-related queries, including fees, eligibility requirements, and the admission process.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with students.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly performance goals.

• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up reports.

Banking Credit Card Sales Executive – Key Responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers for credit card and banking solutions.

• Present credit card features and benefits to potential customers.

• Explain card features, available benefits, and eligibility requirements.

• Address customer queries and assist them in making informed decisions.

• Achieve individual and team performance goals.

• Maintain customer records and activity reports.

• Coordinate with banking partners and internal support teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 0–3 years of experience in sales, telesales, education counselling, or banking services.

• Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Goal-oriented with the ability to work in a performance-driven environment.

• Basic computer proficiency is required.
