Role & Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound business-to-business (B2B) calls in a polite, professional manner.

• Guide business clients with accurate product and service information.

• Resolve inquiries, questions, and complaints with a helpful, problem-solving mindset.

• Log call details, updates, and follow-ups accurately in the system.

• Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex queries smoothly.

• Meet daily performance goals related to call quality and customer satisfaction.

Who We Are Looking For

• Education: 12th Pass or Any Graduate.

• Experience: Freshers welcome (0 to 6 months of experience).

• Language Proficiency:

  • Fluent communication skills in English & Hindi.

  • Fluency in any South Indian language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam) is a huge advantage.

• Work Schedule: Comfortable with a regular 6-day day shift schedule.

• Key Strengths: Active listening, positive attitude, and basic computer knowledge.
