Role Overview

Kyoryokuna is seeking an energetic Real Estate TeleSales Executive to drive initial property consultations and manage customer acquisition. In this role, you will reach out to potential home buyers and real estate investors, understand their property needs, present suitable residential/commercial offerings, and schedule site visits for our field sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to high-intent leads to pitch real estate projects and investment opportunities.

• Handle inbound property inquiries and provide accurate project information, pricing, and amenities details.

• Qualify prospective buyers based on budget, preferred location, timeline, and financing needs.

• Schedule site visits and property tours for qualified leads, coordinating directly with field sales executives.

• Maintain and update lead status, interaction history, and follow-ups in the CRM database.

• Consistently meet or exceed monthly lead conversion and site visit booking targets.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years in telesales, inside sales, or cold calling (experience in real estate, home loans, or property sales preferred).

• Knowledge: Basic understanding of real estate terms, property specifications, and local market trends.

• Skills: Strong persuasive communication, active listening, objection handling, and relationship-building capabilities.

• Tools: Familiarity with Real Estate CRM tools (e.g., LeadSquared, Salesforce) and basic MS Excel.

• Mindset: Target-driven, customer-focused, and comfortable navigating high call volumes.
