Urban Immigration is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Visa Counselor to join our growing team. If you have excellent communication skills, experience in visa counseling, and a passion for helping clients achieve their study, work, or immigration goals, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel clients regarding Study, Tourist, Visitor, and PR visa options.

• Assess client profiles and recommend suitable immigration pathways.

• Explain visa processes, documentation requirements, and eligibility criteria.

• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.

• Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system.

• Coordinate with the documentation team to ensure smooth file processing.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the application process.

• Achieve monthly counseling and conversion targets.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 2 years of experience as a Visa Counselor or in the immigration industry.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong sales, counseling, and client-handling abilities.

• Basic knowledge of visa procedures and documentation.

• Positive attitude, confidence, and a target-oriented approach.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
