🚀 We're Hiring – Business Development Executive (BDE) | Staffing Services

📍 Location: Mohali / Chandigarh Tricity, Baddi

💼 Industry: Staffing & Recruitment Services

💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Generate new business opportunities for staffing and recruitment services

✅ Meet HR Heads, Plant Heads, and Business Owners

✅ Acquire clients for Contract Staffing, Permanent Hiring, Apprenticeships, and Bulk Recruitment

✅ Build and maintain strong client relationships

✅ Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

✅ Coordinate with recruitment teams for successful closures

*Requirements:*

✔️ Graduate/MBA preferred

✔️ 1–5 years of B2B Sales, Staffing, Recruitment, or HR Services experience

✔️ Strong communication and negotiation skills

✔️ Target-driven and self-motivated
