Role Summary

We are looking for hardcore sales professionals with excellent communication skills who can convert leads into memberships in a high-targets environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk-ins and inbound leads, conduct gym tours and close memberships

• Make outbound calls and follow up on leads through calls and WhatsApp

• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a healthy conversion ratio

• Explain plans, offers and pricing clearly and handle objections

• Update CRM daily with accurate lead status and follow-ups

• Support renewals and referral generation

• Participate in local activations and marketing drives

Must-Have Requirements

• Proven record in high-pressure, target-driven sales (fitness, real estate, education, BFSI, telecom or similar)

• Excellent verbal communication and closing skills

• Strong follow-up discipline and CRM usage

• Ability to work weekends and extended hours when required

Good to Have

• Fitness / wellness industry experience

• Experience in membership or subscription sales

• Monthly sales target achievement

• Lead to sale conversion

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduation and 1 years to 4 years. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 Days working during the Day shift.
