🎯 Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to grow our presence in the agricultural sector. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with dealers and farmers, and manage the end-to-end sales process. You will be responsible for market research, product demonstrations, and achieving regional sales targets to help modernize farming practices.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Research market trends and find potential customers through cold calls, digital platforms, and events.

• Sales & Relationships: Sell equipment solutions to distributors and dealers while providing excellent after-sales support.

• Dealer Management: Identify and onboard new partners, providing them with product training and sales support.

• Strategy & Reporting: Create regional sales plans and provide regular performance reports and market feedback to management.

• Industry Presence: Represent the company at trade shows and agricultural expos held within your designated state to promote the brand and stay updated on new technologies.

📋 Mandatory Requirements

• Education : Any Graduate Degree.

• Experience : Minimum 6 months of sales experience (any industry).

• Family Criteria: Candidate must have child over 5 years old.

• Tools : Must own a laptop and have a stable internet connection.

• Skills : Strong communication, negotiation, and basic MS Office/CRM skills.

💰 Compensation & Selection Process

• Salary : ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month plus attractive performance-based incentives.

• Mandatory Training: Final appointment letters will be issued only after the successful completion of our online training program, requiring a minimum passing score of 85%.

• Evaluation Criteria: Candidates will be strictly evaluated on their technical knowledge, behavioral skills, and overall professional attitude during the selection and training process.

• Annual Corporate Training: Employees must attend a mandatory offline training session once a year at our Bengaluru office. All travel and accommodation expenses will be fully borne by the company.

• A degree or background in Agriculture.

• Experience in agri-equipment (e.g., Sprayers, Weeders, Chaff cutters).

• Existing connections within the local farming or dealer community.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
