Understand customer requirements, preferences, budget, and project expectations.
Sales & Business Development
Generate new sales leads through calls, references, walk-ins, digital enquiries, site visits, and other sources.
Follow up regularly with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Site Visits & Measurements
Coordinate and attend customer site visits as required.
Understand site conditions and coordinate for accurate measurements.
Product & Design Coordination
Explain interior products, materials, finishes, designs, specifications, and pricing to customers.
Coordinate with designers to prepare suitable designs and quotations based on customer requirements.
Quotation & Negotiation
Prepare and submit quotations in coordination with the concerned team.
Discuss pricing, specifications, payment terms, and delivery timelines with customers.
Negotiate professionally within the company's approved pricing and discount policies etc.
