💰 Salary:

₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month take home with 25K to 30K as CTC (Based on experience, last salary, and interview performance) + Attractive Incentives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable health insurance plans.

• Generate sales and achieve daily/monthly targets.

• Build customer relationships and conduct regular follow-ups.

• Update customer details in CRM and maintain accurate records.

• Stay updated on insurance products and follow company compliance guidelines.
