🔹 Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and target-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students and working professionals through the admission process for international online education programs.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students through calls, emails, and other communication channels.

• Understand students' educational backgrounds, career goals, and learning requirements.

• Explain courses, admission criteria, program benefits, fees, and payment options.

• Recommend suitable online education programs based on students' needs.

• Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into successful admissions.

• Assist students with applications, documentation, and enrolment.

• Build and maintain relationships with students and education agents.

• Maintain accurate lead and admission records in the CRM system.

• Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to sales growth.

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.

• Experience in admission counselling, educational sales, student recruitment, or a similar role is preferred.

• Excellent communication, counselling, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

• Ability to manage multiple leads and achieve targets.

• Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
