About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Technician (Assembling & Testing) (Freshers) to join our Production & Testing team. The selected candidates will be responsible for the assembly, electrical wiring, testing, and quality inspection of MPPT Charge Controllers used in telecom and solar power applications.

Key Responsibilities

Assembly

• Assemble MPPT Charge Controllers and related electronic products as per assembly drawings and work instructions.

• Install PCBs, connectors, cables, heat sinks, fans, and other mechanical components.

• Ensure proper handling of electronic components following ESD guidelines.

Electrical Wiring

• Perform internal wiring of DC power circuits and communication cables.

• Read and understand basic electrical wiring diagrams and circuit layouts.

• Verify wiring connections before testing.

Testing & Quality

• Perform functional testing of MPPT Charge Controllers.

• Measure electrical parameters using testing instruments.

• Identify basic electrical faults and report them to senior engineers.

• Record testing results and maintain quality documentation.

• Assist in burn-in and final inspection before dispatch.

Eligibility

• 12th Pass Out, ITI or Diploma in:

  • Electrical Engineering

  • Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)

  • Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)

  • Electronics Engineering

  • Instrumentation Engineering

• Freshers (2025 & 2026 Pass-outs)

• Candidates with internship or academic project experience

Required Skills

• Basic / Good knowledge of electrical and electronic circuits.

• Understanding of DC power supplies and batteries.

• Ability to read basic electrical schematics.

• Basic knowledge of soldering and PCB handling.

• Familiarity with measuring instruments such as:

  • Digital Multimeter

  • Clamp Meter

  • DC Power Supply (preferred)

• Good problem-solving and learning attitude.

• Basic MS Office knowledge for documentation.

Preferred Knowledge

Exposure through academic projects or internships in any of the following is an added advantage:

• Solar Energy Systems

• MPPT Charge Controllers

• Power Electronics

• Battery Charging Systems

• Telecom Power Systems

• Embedded Electronics
