Pest Control Supervisor – Ankush Enterprises

Job Summary:

Ankush Enterprises is looking for a dedicated and proactive Pest Control Supervisor to oversee pest control operations across multiple retail stores and client sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising technicians, conducting site audits, monitoring service quality, following up on ongoing issues, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹22,000 (In-hand) + Growth Opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of pest control technicians across assigned locations.

• Visit retail stores and client sites regularly to conduct service audits and quality inspections.

• Monitor pest control operations and ensure services are performed according to company standards.

• Identify service gaps, customer concerns, and operational issues, and take corrective actions promptly.

• Follow up on all ongoing pest-related complaints and ensure timely resolution.

• Coordinate with store managers, clients, and technicians to maintain effective communication.

• Prepare audit reports, service reports, and issue-tracking documentation.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and pest control protocols.

• Assist in training and guiding technicians to improve service quality and performance.

• Track customer feedback and work towards achieving 100% customer satisfaction.

• Maintain records of service schedules, technician attendance, and site visits.

• Coordinate with management regarding operational updates and critical issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Below 10th / 10th Pass / 12th Pass.

• 1–6+ years of experience in pest control, facility management, housekeeping supervision, or a related field.

• Ability to manage multiple sites and technicians effectively.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to travel regularly to retail stores and client locations.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email) is preferred.

• Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.

• Ability to prepare reports and maintain documentation.

• Responsible, disciplined, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in retail store operations or pest control services.

• Team management and leadership abilities.

• Audit and inspection experience.

• Customer service orientation and attention to detail.
